Quick & Tasty Single Cookie Recipe:
Here’s a
solution for the time after that someone ‘stole the cookies from the cookie
jar’.
(Or a safeguard
for when you think you just can’t stop at one!)
Quick & Tasty Single Cookie Recipe:
1
T butter, melted
1 T sugar
1 T brown sugar (white is fine, if you have no brown)
2 drops vanilla
Pinch of salt
1 egg yolk
1/4 C flour
1-2 T chocolate chips
Mix all ingredients in a microwave safe, single serving dish. I use a Pyrex medium sized pudding dish which works out great, but any microwave safe cup or bowl should do.

Microwave the mix for 45 seconds to 1 minute. Remove from
the microwave and voila!
